Content

The following contents are covered in detail in the training. Based on these module elements the participants will learn "Efficient planning and controlling with Oracle® Primavera".

Besides the use of the tool Oracle® Primavera P6 "Project Management" the participants will learn how to structure, plan, and track projects successfully and how to recognize obstacles in time. They gain insight into multi-project planning as well as practical tips and tricks for their daily work with the Oracle® Primavera P6 Professional Application.

Participants

This basic training is aimed at project managers, project staff, project controllers, schedulers, and executives who want a solid introduction to Oracle® Primavera P6 EPPM to use the program as an effective support in their project work.

Requirements

The participants already know about project planning, know the standard methods and terms from project management. They are experienced users in dealing with standard software operating systems and office applications.

2 days (2 sessions of approx. 3.5 hours each)

Training location

The training takes place remotely in the proadvise training environment.

Training Method

The basics and functions of Oracle® Primavera P6 Client are conveyed using lectures, exercises, and practical examples. Targeted application exercises guarantee a direct practical transfer of what has been learned.
