The ScheduleReader from the Swedish software company Synami makes your project plans visible, and all this without expensive Primavera licenses. Synami ScheduleReader is a cost-effective alternative for making your Primavera P6 project plans available to your employees and partners. The convenient viewer gives you insight into your data without the need for an expensive Oracle® Primavera P6 license. Simply import your project plans as xer and xls (P6 format) files into the ScheduleReader and have everything in view immediately!

The advantage of the ScheduleReader is that all project members have complete access to project information, even if they cannot be represented by static reports (e.g. in pdf format). The handling of the ScheduleReader is self-explanatory, so no major training is required.

Simple installation: No implementation costs are to be expected. The installation is done in a few minutes on a Windows standard client. A local database is not required.
Easy to use: Due to the simple user interface no time-consuming training is necessary. The user interface is designed in such a way that users can find their way around very quickly. Export and Import Process

Project data can be imported into the ScheduleReader as xer and xls (P6 format) files. A direct database connection to Oracle® Primavera P6 is not needed. You do not have to export the data manually, which is time-consuming and costly. It is sufficient to set up an xer export job in Oracle® Primavera P6 and your project members always have the latest project information available via xer file. The subsequent import into ScheduleReader is done in a few minutes.
