This website uses Google AdWords at times. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
As part of Google AdWords, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the users. If the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked using the website of Adwords customers. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, advertisers do not obtain any information that can be used to identify users personally. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can opt-out of this by simply disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie through your internet browser under User Preferences. After that, you will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
“Conversion Cookies” are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
This website uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about the use of map features by visitors. For more information about Google's data processing, please see the Google Privacy Notice (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de). There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190).
This site uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google servers.
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.
The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
We integrated YouTube components into our websites. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips for free and other users to view, rate, and comment on them. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why both complete film and television broadcasts, but also music videos, trailers, or user-made videos are available via the internet portal.
YouTube’s operating company is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each visit to one of the pages of this website operated by the controller and incorporating a YouTube component (YouTube video) automatically causes the internet browser on the data subject's information technology system to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google will be aware of which specific subpage of our site the person is visiting.
Emails are forwarded and processed within the company, including the content, to the processing unit. Since the largest number of emails in terms of content in the sense of the tax code (AO) are subject to archiving, emails are archived according to legal requirements (up to 10 years) by us. For this purpose, a system is in use, which stores the email content. Since emails cannot be treated differently in terms of content, we explicitly point out that email applications and private emails can also be affected by permanent storage and archiving. Therefore we ask you to refrain from sending private email. Applications see “Applications and Applications Procedures.”

We use this data to send the requested information. We provide you with information about our company and our offers with our newsletter.
The processing of the data entered when signing up for our newsletter is exclusively on the basis of your consent. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, just via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until such time as you cancel your subscription, when said data will be deleted. Data that was saved for other purposes about your person with us remain unaffected.
For marketing, sales, and analysis purposes (profiling) as well as for optimizing and personalizing our range of services to your individual needs, the following data can be collected when you receive the newsletter:

Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, the start and end (time) of participation in the conference, the number of participants and other "contextual information" in connection with the communication process (metadata).
Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all technical data required for handling online communication. If content is exchanged, uploaded or provided in any other way within the tool, it will also be stored on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes, in particular, cloud recordings, chat/ instant messages, voicemail uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards and other information that is shared while using the Service.
Please note that we do not have full control over the data processing operations of the tools used. Our options are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider. Further information on data processing by the conference tools can be found in the data protection declarations of the tools used, which we have listed below this text.
Purpose and legal basis
The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO). Furthermore, the use of the tools serves to generally simplify and accelerate communication with us or our company (legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Insofar as consent has been requested, the use of the tools in question shall be based on this consent; the consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
The data collected directly by us via the video and conference tools will be deleted from our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for which the data was stored no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of the conference tools for their own purposes. Please contact the operators of the conference tools directly for details.
We use the following conference tools:
We collect and process the personally identifiable information of applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure. The processing can also be done electronically. This is especially the case if as an applicant you submit suitable application documents by electronic means, for example via email.
During the application process, the data will be forwarded in-house to the relevant department responsible for the decision on your application. For this it may be necessary that your documents or parts of your documents must be copied. Our employees, who are involved in the application process, are specially trained and explicitly committed to confidentiality and are compelled not to copy your application.
In the application process, we also work together with external consultants to whom we forward your application documents. If we conclude a contract of employment with you, the transmitted data will be stored in our system for the purpose of the employment relationship in compliance with the legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded with you, the application documents will be deleted three months after notification of the rejection decision or destroyed in a data-secure manner, if deletion does not oppose any other legitimate interests or if we have your consent to the storage of your application data. For example, this could constitute a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) or similar.
