Safran Risk, with its integrated risk analysis, starts at the earliest stage of project planning and offers project teams a self-contained system environment with a host of useful functions. With Safran Risk, you can perform cost analysis, consider multiple risk models, quickly make changes to avoid risks, and make informed decisions to move your project forward.

This course is the basis for learning and mastering Safran Risk. The course teaches the most important techniques for identifying and mitigating project risks.

Safran Risk Basic Training includes the following topics:

• Easy exchange of data from Primavera P6 (XER) or Microsoft Project (XML only) and Safran Project
• Project risk registers
• Schedule Warnings
• Risk mapping of activities with real-time analysis
• Risk histograms for the schedule and cost of an entire project or individual elements
• Cost risk analysis
• Result display of driving risks and activities for project and milestones and costs
• Validation, import, and export of risk models
• Comprehensive risk correlation including probabilities and impacts
• Creation of risk calendars, e.g., probabilistic weather calendars
• Immediate feedback through reports in real-time

Participants

This training is aimed at project managers, project controllers, schedulers, and executives who want to get a solid introduction to Safran Risk to use the program as an effective support for their project work.

Requirements

Participants already know about project planning and are familiar with standard methods, procedures, and terminology from project and risk management. Have mastered the basics of scheduling tools and are experienced users of standard software and operating systems such as Windows and Office applications. The training will be conducted in English.
