In this workshop / seminar you will learn about different methods of resource planning. Together we will work out the requirements and the advantages and disadvantages of each method.

You will get an overview of different factors that you need to implement a resource planning. Furthermore, you will learn to interpret the evaluations from a resource planning.

The workshop / seminar contains the following elements:

• What are the goals and expectations of a resource planning?
• Report Definition - Which evaluations with which statement are available?
• Definition of resources - How are resources meaningfully represented?
• Creation of a meaningful resource structure - What does Sin do and what only work?
• Availability of resources - Dynamic definition or fixed values?
• Generic resources - What does this mean in practice?
• Planning methods of resources - Which method is the right one?
• Process for resource planning - Which process is realistic and brings added value?
• Reporting - Periods, granularity, interpretation

Participants

The workshop/seminar "Success Factor Resource Planning" is aimed at management positions, project managers, project controllers, departmental/group leaders and senior schedulers who want to learn about the requirements and methods for successful resource planning.
