Our Christmas project started with a kick-off where our Christmas planner worked together with our consulting team to define the goals for the upcoming holiday season. With the help of Oracle Primavera P6, we defined a detailed schedule that covered all activities from buying presents to the festive decorations and the relaxing time after Christmas.

Resources and Activities in Action: Christmas Preparation and Gift Procurement

Thanks to Oracle Primavera P6, we were able to efficiently allocate all available Resources, coordinate Activities in a well-timed manner, and ensure that gifts, food, and manpower were procured on time. A careful and constant look at the schedule helped us to avoid bottlenecks and ensure that all to-dos were completed before Christmas. With the detailed Cost Planning, we kept an eye on our budget even in the pre-Christmas rush.

Keeping the Project Flowing: Enjoying Christmas

The careful preparation provided us with many joyful moments during the implementation phase. The coordination between social and traditional activities, culinary tastings, and distribution of presents was seamlessly enabled by Primavera P6.
