Oracle® Primavera Cloud Schedule and Resource Basic Training

General information

In this module, participants learn how to create and manage a schedule for their project in Oracle® Primavera Cloud, as well as how to plan capacity and workload with OPC.

Content

Oracle® Primavera Cloud offers a comprehensive scheduling function based on the Critical Path Method. Scheduling best practices are explained along the features of the tool.

Trainees learn how to set up a work breakdown structure (WBS), create and link activities, determine the critical path of the schedule, and customize the Gantt chart to meet individual needs. In addition, the lag and float charts, as well as various calculation options, and methods for progress tracking and analyses are presented.

This basic training is aimed at project managers, project staff, project controllers, schedulers, and executives who want a solid introduction to Oracle® Primavera P6 EPPM. The participants already know about project planning and project management.
