They gain insights into multi-project planning, learn target-oriented tracking and reporting, and receive practical tips and tricks for their daily work with Oracle® Primavera P6.

In addition to using the Oracle® Primavera P6 Web tool, participants learn how to successfully structure, plan, and track projects and how to identify obstacles in time.

Participants

This basic training is aimed at project managers, project staff, project controllers, schedulers, and executives who want a solid introduction to Oracle® Primavera P6 EPPM to use the program as an effective support in their project work.

Requirements

The participants already know about project planning, know the standard methods and terms from project management. They are experienced users in dealing with standard software operating systems and office applications.

Training Method

The basics and functions of Oracle® Primavera P6 are conveyed using lectures, exercises, and practical examples. Targeted application exercises guarantee a direct practical transfer of what has been learned.
