Discover how to elevate your skills as a project manager to the next level! In our workshop, you will be fully prepared for your role: clarifying your responsibilities and authority, becoming aware of your sphere of influence, and learning to distinguish yourself clearly from the project management role. You will learn how to recognize stress signals in both your team and yourself, handle criticism constructively, and reflect on your strengths. Additionally, you will strengthen your resilience through targeted affirmations and relaxation exercises, and develop effective communication strategies, including identifying the stakeholder communication network and applying solution-oriented communication. This workshop provides you with the tools to increase your self-efficacy and confidently navigate all project situation.

The workshop includes the following topics:

Understanding the Project Management role

  • Clarifying responsibilities and authority as a project manager
  • Awareness of your sphere of influence
  • Identifying with and distinguishing yourself from the project management role

Managing stress

  • Recognizing stress signals (personal and within the team)
  • Handling criticism (internal and external)
  • Reflection with a focus on strengths
