Symbiosis of lean and critical path method

Modern companies in the field of engineering & construction are faced with the challenge of ever-increasing project complexity. In particular, the high number of contractors and suppliers makes realistic planning and tracking of dependencies with the traditional critical path method an enormous and almost impossible task.

Oracle Primavera Cloud combines the Lean Construction and Critical Path Method (CPM) approaches for complete coordination and more successful scheduling.

We will show you how the LEAN module enables the individual stakeholders to independently bring their input directly into the schedule, making it a flexible, living mechanism. This enables the tracking of risks and dependencies and promotes better collaboration between project team members. The method takes some of the complexity out of planning complex projects and makes it easier to predict and execute key milestones.
