We are pleased to announce the release 24.12.0 of proimporter, a new version of our tool. This release not only brings a completely redesigned user interface, but also numerous improvements and additional functions that will make your work with proimporter even more effective.

Version 24.12.0 is now available for download via the proupdater. To ensure the best possible performance of the proimporter and to be able to use the new design including all functions, we recommend that all customers who are on version 24.7.0 or lower update to version 24.12.0 via proupdater.

We are sure that the new features will make your day-to-day work with proimporter even more efficient and look forward to your feedback. Thank you for your trust!

What's new in Version 24.12.0?

New user interface design

Fresh and new design: The user interface has been completely redesigned and now has a modern, clear look. This makes working with the proimporter even more intuitive and pleasant. You can read a detailed description of the proimporter functions in our proimporter key feature presentation.

Customizable columns: From now on, you can optionally show or hide columns in the proimporter interface according to your personal requirements. Your individual settings are saved and automatically applied the next time you start the tool.

New pop-up window for selecting the import EPS: The dialog for selecting the target EPS has been moved to a separate pop-up window. Clicking on “Select Import EPS” opens a new window in which you can see the EPS structure of your P6 target database in detail and conveniently select the EPS into which you want to import.

Enhanced Functionality

• Integration of the P6 Rest API: We have made the proimporter future-proof: the proimporter supports the connection to the Primavera P6 Rest API, which ensures stable data processing and a better user experience when integrating project data.
• Update of resource assignments: It is now also possible to update resource assignments in the P6 target database in the proimporter.
• Option to show and hide baseline data: In the options menu, you can now specify whether baseline data is shown or hidden in the data view. This function gives you more control over the display of your data.

Updated User Manual

The proimporter manual has been completely revised and adapted to the new proimporter design to provide you with even clearer and more comprehensive support when using the tool. The proimporter manual not only supports you in setting up the tool, but also offers you many tips & tricks during use. You can download the revised version of the user manual here.
