Stakeholders in different industries and especially in the engineering and construction sector are repeatedly confronted with problems in the coordination of their project activities and their supplier coordination. Conditions have also changed in some cases - from demands for faster construction times and higher penalties for missed deadlines to a growing shortage of qualified resources. This drives up costs, undermines margins and slows development. Companies are increasingly interested in lean scheduling. But the right tools for this have been rare until now. Oracle® Primavera Cloud combines scheduling with the critical path method and scheduling at small intervals, tasks managed with lean principles.

Oracle® Primavera Cloud is an integrated platform that offers further functions besides Lean Management, e.g. for Scope Management, Cost Management, Risk Management and Portfolio Management. The software application enables managers and project participants to plan and complete projects efficiently and reliably.

In our Lean Management video we show you how to break down project activities into subtasks in order to schedule them flexibly. All decision makers are involved in the planning process. The process encourages collaboration between project team members and enables you to quickly remove potential obstacles to the overall project schedule.
